We're dedicated to creating the best possible portrait of you or your pet. And the most important part of that is the image you upload! Here are some tips to make sure your photo is just right:

Please make sure your photos cover these guidelines:

  1. Well-lit and High Resolution:
Natural daylight is best for sharp, well-lit photos. Use smartphone cameras and avoid low-resolution, blurry or poorly lit images.

  2. Visibility:
Make sure the head and neck area is visible within the frame and looking towards the camera. Avoid pictures taken at an angle or hiding the face.

  3. Stand Still:
The best pet photos are of subjects that are standing still. Avoid photos in motion, running or jumping as they often turn out blurry.

  4. Multiple Subjects:
If you are ordering a portrait with 2 subjects, please submit a separate photo of each subject following the guidelines above.
